2. Purchase / Payment / Refund

A. Details

We are a vacation rental company offering 4 properties: Casa El Barco, Casa C-007, Condominio Jaco Bay 3201 (Jaco), and Villa Fortuna (Tarcoles).

Payments are made in USD via secure GREENPAY payment links. After selecting a property and dates, users must accept terms before proceeding to payment and reservation.

B. Cancellation Policy

• 80% refund if cancelled 30 days before reservation
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 days before reservation
• Refunds processed within 60 days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

C. Platform Use

This platform is for commercial and informational use. By using it, you agree to these terms and applicable laws. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
